Stitching already coming undone

So I love the design and even the fabric, but I just noticed when I put it on last, the stitching is coming undone. I've only worn it twice before so I have no clue how this is happening and I've never experienced anything like this. I'm sooo disappointed, because otherwise the shirt is great, but now I'm worried it won't even last half of pride month!
